These terms apply when you use the Solvify browser extension and this website (together, "Solvify"), made by Solvify App ("we", "us"). By using Solvify you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Solvify.

Who can use Solvify

You must be 18 or older. You may use Solvify for your own forms and to help family members or others who have asked for your help with theirs.

What Solvify does and does not do

• Solvify explains form fields, translates your answers and can write them into the field you are on.
• Solvify never submits, signs or pays on your behalf. You review every answer and decide whether to send the form.
• Explanations and translations are produced by artificial intelligence and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important answers before you send a form.
• Solvify is not legal, medical, immigration, tax or financial advice, and is not a substitute for a lawyer, doctor or accredited representative.
• Solvify is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government agency or any organization whose forms you fill in.

Your responsibilities

• The answers you give and the forms you send are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy and for following the rules of the organization that issued the form.
• Do not use Solvify to provide false information, to impersonate someone, to fill in forms you are not allowed to fill in, or for anything unlawful.
• Do not try to bypass usage limits, copy or reverse engineer the service, or overload or attack our systems.

Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes a limited number of forms each month. Premium, when it launches, will offer unlimited forms for a subscription fee. Prices, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe and will form part of these terms. We may change the free plan's limits; the current limit is shown in the extension.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information Solvify handles and how.

Ownership

Solvify, its name, logo and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension under these terms. The content of your forms and answers remains yours.

Disclaimer

Solvify is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that Solvify will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make or forms you send using Solvify, including rejected, delayed or incorrect applications. Our total liability for any claim relating to Solvify is limited to the amount you paid us for Solvify in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Solvify at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the extension. Continuing to use Solvify after a change means you accept the updated terms.

• Solvify es independiente y no está afiliado, respaldado ni actúa en nombre de ninguna agencia de gobierno ni de ninguna organización cuyos formularios llenes.

Tus responsabilidades

• Las respuestas que das y los formularios que envías son tuyos. Eres responsable de que sean correctos y de seguir las reglas de la organización que emitió el formulario.
• No uses Solvify para dar información falsa, hacerte pasar por otra persona, llenar formularios que no te corresponde llenar o para algo ilegal.
• No intentes saltarte los límites de uso, copiar o aplicar ingeniería inversa al servicio, ni sobrecargar o atacar nuestros sistemas.

Plan gratuito y Premium

El plan gratuito incluye un número limitado de formularios al mes. Premium, cuando se lance, ofrecerá formularios ilimitados con una suscripción. El precio, la facturación, la renovación y la cancelación se mostrarán antes de suscribirte y formarán parte de estos términos. Podemos cambiar los límites del plan gratuito; el límite vigente se muestra en la extensión.
